Do I need to install anything to use it?
No, the system is entirely cloud based. Some small utilities are installed on the source platform to transmit the print data.

Is PDF the only possible output?
PDF is the default output. But some jobs, such as reports etc can be output in Excel or HTML.
How do I know if our system will work?
Almost any system can be made to work with the application. If it was designed to print to a traditional printer, then it should work.
